Emily S. Antolik joined Carney & Good as a partner in 2022. Emily’s practice is client-centered and focused on achieving an optimal outcome in all cases. She practices primarily in the areas of family law, estate planning, criminal defense, and children’s rights. From 2011-2019, Emily was an assistant public defender in Erie County specializing in juvenile defense and mental health law. She was the only dedicated full-time attorney in Erie County representing juveniles charged with criminal offenses. Known for her work across Pennsylvania, she sat on the board of the Juvenile Defender Association and was a nationally certified trainer for other juvenile defenders. She also regularly presented on topics relevant in juvenile justice. After leaving the Public Defender’s office, Emily gained federal experience as a courtroom deputy to the Honorable Susan Paradise Baxter in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Emily resides in Fairview with her husband, son, and wheaten terrier, Duke.
