About Patrick
A native of Erie, PA, Attorney Kelley returned home to practice law after graduating from Penn State University in University Park, PA and Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH. Attorney Kelley was in private practice for a number of years before joining SafeNet Erie, Inc. in 2009 as legal director and in-house counsel. In 2015 Attorney Kelley resumed his private practice and became a partner at Carney & Good in 2017. Attorney Kelley is a civil litigator, practicing primarily in the areas of Divorce, Custody, and Adoption, and routinely handles matters involving child protective services. He also enjoys representing property owners in land-use and property line disputes. He lives in Millcreek Township with his wife and daughter.
